Black Liberation Dharma is a Black-led Insight meditation community welcoming all members of the Black and African diaspora. We meet Wednesdays, 7–8 p.m. ET on Zoom, with core teachers — Aishah Shahidah Simmons, Devin Berry, Gina LaRoche and Keith Hunt — rotating each week.
